COSMOS-E has been awarded the complete design and site supervision for the largest food processing project (MAFI) in the MENA and North Africa.

Egyptian Industrial Investment Group will construct a Food Complex (MAFI) Project in El Sadat City, Egypt. The project site has a total land area of 161,378 m². The complex is composed of three main food processing plants; Frozen vegetables & Fruits Factory, Fruit Concentrate Factory, and Fruit Freeze Drying Factory.

We are thrilled to announce that COSMOS-E Engineers & Consultants has been awarded the site supervision contract for the prestigious “Soul” project owned by Emaar Misr (Eagle Hills).

This achievement is considered as fruitful success throughout the last 15 years of cooperation between Emaar Misr & COSMOS-E in several projects.

Soul Development is a luxury resort on the Egyptian North Coast with 517 acres of land. It offers a unique living experience to an international community with single-family homes, 2 luxury hotels, and serviced residences. The resort has 1.5km of beachfront and 20km of waterfrontage with swimmable lagoons..  Our partnership with Emaar Misr has been remarkable and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with them on this project.

Signing contract between ALHUTHEILY and COSMOS-E for ALHUTHEILY Flour Mills Project

The scope of work includes full detailed design for Architecture, Civil, Steel Structure, Roads, Electro-mechanical and Infrastructure works.

Signature of COSMOS-E Design & Supervision Consultancy Services Contract For FEEDCO Grain Silos Project, Dammam Port, KSA

The Egyptian Black Sand Company (EBSC) and COSMOS-E Engineers & Consultants signed a contract for construction site supervision services for two factories: Mineral Separation Plant and Primary Concentration Plant that are located at El Burullus, Kafr El Sheikh Governorate.

COSMOS-E is the awardee for the contract of Design Review for El-Ferdan bridges. The scope of work shall cover both the strengthening of the existing bridge and the construction of the new bridge crossing the new Suez Canal. COSMOS scope of work shall cover all the engineering trades till the handover, testing and commissioning of the bridges.

Sharm El Sheikh International Congress Center was opened under the auspices of President Abdel Fatah El Sisi on November 2^nd 2018 in the event of World Youth Forum.

Cosmos-E was honored to participate in this great project, our scope of work was full  design and site supervision for all trades including  Architectural, interior design, landscape, structure, mechanical, electrical, audio-visual, and acoustics

The project Manager was Engineer HIsham Azmy (AFCO) and the General Contractor was Hassan Allam Sons.

The project was a fast track project as the work completion period was seven months and half for design and build.
