The project is made of 5,000 tons of steel structure and more than 28,000 cubic meters of reinforce concrete on a total area of 35,000 m2. The project is to produce steel billets and ingots from scrap and DRI.
The scope of work is full design for the following:
• Reinforced concrete foundation for steel structure
• Structural, Architectural, and Electro-Mechanical Design for all industrial buildings,
• Dynamic and static analysis and design for all machine foundations
• Steel fabrication drawings for 5,000 tons.
• Geotechnical analysis and site monitoring and investigation
• Roads
• Infra-structure design (industrial waste water, sanitary waste water, and storm water drainage)
• Project time schedule coordination
• Site technical support
The project was fast track design and built type of project, where the design is progressing parallel to construction. The design completed in five months.
